CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Homerun Sports Private Limited (“Homerun Sports”) desires to make online shopping at http://www.sportxs.com (the “Website”) an interactive and memorable experience for the Users. Homerun Sports provides great value in terms of range, price and delivery of the products offered on the Website. However, Homerun Sports acknowledges and understands that there might be scenarios where User may want to return the products purchased on the Website. In its goal to provide the best shopping experience to the User, Homerun Sports would be happy to accommodate such requests for returns and cancellations. This policy is incorporated into “Terms of Use” and is subject to the terms laid down therein.

1. Fifteen Day Return Policy

1.1. Homerun Sports offers a 15 (Fifteen) day return policy to the Users. If any User is dissatisfied with the product purchased from the Website, User may choose to return such product(s), within 15 (Fifteen) days of receiving it, provided such product is returned with the price tags and other relevant information intact along with its original packaging and in an undamaged/unused condition. However, Homerun Sports’ 15 (Fifteen) day return policy does not apply to swimsuits, swim trunks and undergarments due to hygiene reasons & Cycles.

1.2. Replacement of the products offered on the Website is subject to inspection and checking by Homerun Sports’ designated team.

1.3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under Homerun Sports’ return policy.

1.4. In order to initiate the process for returning the products purchased on the Website in accordance with the 15 (Fifteen) day return policy, the User has to ensure that he/she has filled up the “Return Form” as available on the Website. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, no User’s requests for return of products purchased on the Website, unless the User duly fills up the Return Form as available on the Website.

1.5. Homerun Sports has outlined the following procedure, which the Users have to follow for a hassle free return:

a) Login to User account on the Website. Fill up the “Return Form”.
b) Take a picture of the product intended to be returned along with all the price and information tags.
c) Attach the photograph with the form using the upload photo option.

d) User can send an e-mail attaching the picture of such product to support@sportxs.com with the subject as “Order Number” of such product along with his/her mobile number mentioned in the body of such e-mail.

e) If User wishes to call you for any assistance regarding the product return procedure, he/ she shall mention the mobile number in the aforementioned e-mail, and Homerun Sports’ customer support will get in touch with the User immediately.
f) User must return the product through designated courier only by scheduling a pick-up of the product by calling the customer support at +91 9243019005.
g) Name, order number, mobile number of the User must be clearly mentioned on the top of the courier packaging. User must ensure that the original receipt/invoice is included with the product when sending it to Homerun Sports at the following address:

g) Alternatively, Users can expedite the returns process by walking in to any SPORTXS store with a proof of purchase and/or the Order Number within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of delivery for exchange or return. User’s request for return shall be entertained by the staff members of the store. However, no requests for return will be entertained after a period of 15 (Fifteen) days from date of delivery of the product.

1.6. On receipt of the product, Homerun Sports will check for the condition of the product and will credit the value of goods returned into "My Wallet" which shall be redeemed at the time of the next purchase. This credit has a validity of 15 days, beyond which they will expire. NO cash refunds will be issued.

 

1.7 If the product is ineligible for return, Homerun Sports will contact the User through his/her registered email-ID or mobile number with further instructions and the User shall have to bear any applicable shipping charges therein.

2. Defective or Perishable Products

2.1. If User receives a product that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, they are advised not to accept the product. They are advised to immediately get in touch with Homerun Sports at +91 9243019005 or support@sportxs.com.

2.2. If User receives a damaged product or the product does not match the description provided on the Website, User can return the product to Homerun Sports within 15 (Fifteen) days of receiving the product at no extra cost. User would be required to return such product by following the steps mentioned under the aforesaid “15 (Fifteen) Days Return Policy”.

2.3. Homerun Sports shall inspect the product for signs of use and mishandling on the part of the User. Post inspection, Homerun Sports shall credit the value of the goods returned which shall be credited to the user's "My Wallet" and reedemed at the time of the next purchase. No Cash refunds will be issued.

2.4. Alternatively, Users can expedite the returns process by walking in to any SPORTXS store with a proof of purchase and/or Order Number within 15 (Fifteen) days of from the date of delivery for exchange and return. User’s request for return shall be entertained by the staff members of the store.

2.5 User will be able to exchange the product for an equally priced product. In case the user decides to exhange a product with another one in a higher pricing range, he or she will have to pay the difference at the store.

2.6 No requests for return will be entertained after a period of 15 (Fifteen) days from delivery of the product.

3. Cancellation of Order

3.1. Any order cancellation request placed on the Website will need to be approved by Homerun Sports. User will be required to fill up the Returns/Cancellation form on the website. Alternatively, he can e-mail such cancellation request to support@sportxs.com with Order Number in the subject line in a manner similar to: < CANCEL - Order# >

3.2 Cancellation request will not be entertained after order shipment confirmation has been sent to the customer.

4. Disputes

4.1. This Policy is incorporated into the Website’s “Terms of Use” and is subject to the terms laid down therein. This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any dispute regarding any cancellation, refunds or return under this Policy, the User can contact Homerun Sports at support@sportxs.com.

4.2 The decision of Homerun Sports in such case shall be final and binding.

4.3 User hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the matters set out herein.

4.4. In any event, Homerun Sports liability shall be restricted to the cost of product in question.
