My Account & My Orders
1.) What is My Account page?
A: “My Account” page stores all your past activity and purchase history. It is here that you will find your shipping details; password and email update options as well as returns form and “My Wallet” cash. Your “My Account” page is automatically created when you register. It is easy to update your My Account and view your orders any time. My Account also allows you to Manage/edit your personal data like shipping and correspondence addresses, and Track the status of your orders.
2.) I've forgotten my Password or Username. What do I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click on the Forget Password' link on the login page. A new password will be sent to your email address. Click on ‘Forgot Username’ to retrieve the forgotten User ID.
3.) How do I know that my Order has been confirmed?
A: Once your payment is received, we will confirm the receipt and process the order. Order confirmation will be sent through email and an SMS containing the order details along with the Unique ID received while registering with us. A: You can shop on sportxs.com as a guest only with your email ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop at sportxs.com, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, quicker checkout and create a Wishlist of the items you want. You will also be able to rate/review products.
3.) How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
A: Once you successfully place an order, an email & SMS confirmation would be sent containing details such as the order number, product(s) ordered, amount payable and delivery details.

A: Currently, we do not process orders to International locations.
2.) What do I do if I find that the product delivered has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?
A: However, if you find a product opened or tampered do not accept the delivery. Please read our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
3.) What are the shipping charges?
A: We offer free shipping within India on most of our products as long as your total purchase is more than Rs 500. Wherever the shipping charges are applicable, it would be clearly mentioned along with the product as well as in the order summary.
4.) How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
A: We attempt to process every order and ship within 48 hours. Exact shipping time depends on the location of recipient in India, products should get delivered in 4-7 working days (Certain location in North-East and Bulk Orders are not covered under our Delivery Policy)
5.) How can I exchange the product?
A: Products can be exchange in 2 ways:
- Procedure documented in Returns policy. (Solely at our discretion)
- Exchange at Store: Products can be exchanged through our retail outlet as well. Please go through the points below for a pleasant experience:
- Your request for return shall be entertained by the staff members of the store.
- You will be able to exchange the product for an equally priced product.
- If you decide to exhange a product with another one in a higher pricing range, difference between the two will have to be paid.
- No requests for exchange will be entertained after a period of 15 (Fifteen) days from delivery of the product.
